聚合氯化铝的制备及其处理污水研究中英文摘要

摘要:本文在综述了无机高分子新型絮凝剂-聚合氯化铝的制备、优点和应用研究现状的基础上,分别采用铝酸钙粉与盐酸、氯化铝与氢氧化钠、铝酸钙粉与工业废酸为主要原料,在72下制备聚合氯化铝。通过对样品制备过程中铝酸钙粉加入量、酸浓度、熟化时间等因素的研究表明:14%的盐酸200mL+28g铝酸钙粉,即投料比为物料(实物重量)酸(按100%计)≈1.0,在温度72下,搅拌直至铝酸钙粉完全溶解,然后在72恒温熟化48小时制备的聚合氯化铝具有最佳絮凝性能。并通过研究不同原料制备的聚合氯化铝分别处理不同pH值的污水,结果发现:以铝酸钙粉与盐酸为原料制备的聚合氯化铝处理污水的效果最佳,对pH7的污水,5min可以使其完全絮凝澄清,并使其耗氧量COD的去除率达60%左右。

Abstract: In this dissertation, the preparation, advantages and application research status of the new inorganic polymer flocculants polyaluminium chloride (PAC) have been summarized. The PAC were prepared respectively by using calcium aluminate and hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and aluminum chloride, calcium aluminate and industrial waste acid as the main raw material, under temperature 72℃. In process of sample preparation, through the add quantity of calcium aluminate, acid concentration and maturation time factor studying show: 14% hydrochloric acid 200ml and 28g calcium aluminates, that is ratio of materials (physical weight): acid (total 100% ) 1.0, at temperature 72℃, with magnetic stirrer stirring until completely dissolved. The PAC which prepared by maturating 48 hours in 72℃ thermostat has the best performance of flocculation. The results of wastewater treatment show the PAC which prepared by using calcium aluminum and hydrochloric acid as raw material were the best about flocculation effect. At wastewater’s pH = 7.0, flocculation can clarify completely in 5 min, and COD removal rate reaches 60%.
